Sara Tusek: Sara Tusek is a writer, an editor, and an educator. She has written and published nine books (as well as numerous articles and manuals), and she serves as executive editor for ILI Publications (ILIP), which supports the mission of the International Leadership Institute: to promote a discourse about what it means to be a constructive and effective leader in the context of a liberal democratic society. Recent ILIP books include Prague for Beginners by Sara Tusek, Leaders to Follow by Jaroslav. B. Tusek and 21st Century Jobs, co-authored by Sara and Jaroslav B. Tusek. Sara has taught writing and English in nine educational institutions in the US and Prague. Through their business, the International Leadership Institute, the Tuseks have been closely connected with Prague for the past three decades in its transformation after 1989’s political “Velvet Revolution.” Prague for Beginners: Finding Myself in Prague draws on Sara’s experiences and observations of visiting, living, and working in Prague since 1990.
