BRRR!!! Ringing in a cold 2018 in Syracuse

"Once the wind is factored in, it will feel much colder. Wind chills will spend most of the daytime hours Sunday between -5 and -10. Sunday evening, wind chills could range from around -10 in Syracuse to as cold as -30 in Utica.
